Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the highest hospitality and care during their stay – we aim to provide an unforgettable experience.
- Ensure all complaints are minimized and handled professionally in accordance with our policies.
- Supervise the restaurant breakfast team in line with company policies and manuals.
- Work with the Restaurant Manager to maximise sales performance and achieve sales in line with targets.
- Ensure effective control of stock and staff costs in the Restaurant Manager’s absence.
- Follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual.
- Serve food and drinks quickly and efficiently, meeting our five star standards.
- Keep up to date with current promotions and new products.
- Make guests aware of offers on our great food and drink range.
- Assist in any function or event set ups in accordance with procedures.
- Maintain exemplary billing systems and obtain all payments from guests in accordance with company policy, and the accurate accounting and processing of all reception sales.
- Observe and comply with cleaning rotas, health and safety, food and hygiene regulations.
- Ensure high standards of financial and reporting diligence in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
- Understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
- All other duties as required.
