Driver – Louth

B-Licence and D or D1 Drivers – Urgently Required. Exciting New CallConnect Contracts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Special Educational Needs Transport and CallConnect Transport to provide accessibility to the community.
• Drive as part of the CallConnect Contract at the Louth Depot and contribute to a patient, service-oriented approach.
• Support customers and colleagues in a professional and caring manner during transit.

Requirements

• B Licence and/or D Licence and D1 Licence.
• Current CPC and DBS (LCC DBS preferred).
• Experience: either current professional bus drivers or newcomers to the Passenger Services Transport industry; a full enhanced DBS check will be performed on candidates.
• Age and commitment to the business with the right outlook; training available for those new to transport.

Shift Patterns and Location

• Location: Warwick Road, Fairfield Industrial Estate, Louth, Lincs, LN11 0YB.
• Shifts: circa 06:30–12:00 and 12:00–19:00 or 3 x 3 long day shifts (to be discussed at interview).
• Based at the Louth Depots – LN11 0YB.

Additional Information

• We have vacancies for D and D1 Drivers for CallConnect.
• There is a career progression path from 8-Seater to D1, D, Lead Driver, Supervisor, and Office-based CPC holder up to Transport Manager.
• Salary: current hourly rate £13.36 per hour (subject to confirmation).
• No Agency involvement.
