Job Description
HGV 2 / LGV 2 / CLASS 2 DRIVERS WANTED – IMMEDIATE START
You will be working for a leading transport and logistics company that was originally formed specialising in the transportation and moving of pianos and furniture across the United Kingdom and Ireland, and grew to be a leading distributor of palletised goods to customers throughout the UK. You will be responsible for delivery of palletised goods to businesses throughout Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire.
- Drivers will be required to open a curtain and wait to be unloaded.
- Drivers may be required to offload pallets using a tail lift and pump truck.
- All drivers will be expected to carry out vehicle checks prior to deliveries and complete all paperwork in line with company guidelines.
Duration: This is an on-going temporary assignment.
Contract Type: Temporary.
Hourly Rate: Pay for this role is £18.00 per hour Monday to Friday.
Working Hours: Working hours are Monday to Friday with start times ranging between 0500-0700 each day.

Experience & Qualifications
To apply for this role you must have the following:
- HGV/LGV Class 2 Licence
- Full UK CPC
- Valid digital tacho card
- No more than 6 points
To be considered for this role you must have held your licence for a minimum of 1 year with at least 180 days commercial driving experience.
