FLT Counterbalance Driver

Location: Burton on Trent, DE14 2BG

Pay rate: £13 per hour

Contract: Temp

Shifts: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Unloading and loading of drays and inbound delivery vehicles
• Replenishing stock locations and moving pallets
• Assisting with stock control and inventory checks
• Supporting team members to meet daily production targets

What you’ll bring:

• Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence
• Training and experience in the use of a clamp attachment on a Counterbalance FLT
• A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Good organisational skills and a proactive approach
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Experience in a similar packing or warehouse role (essential)
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• A commitment to health and safety standards
