Are you ready to inspire the next generation of rail professionals? We’re looking for a dedicated Rail Trainer to bring industry expertise and enthusiasm to an FE College in Mansfield.
Market Allowance: Up to £32,500
Contract: Permanent
You’ll Thrive Here If You Have:
A Level 3 rail or engineering qualification (or equivalent)
A desire to gain your Assessor and teaching qualifications
A friendly, supportive communication style
A team‑oriented mindset
A flexible, professional approach to teaching
FE teaching experience or strong, current rail industry experience
Confidence working with learners of all ages and abilities
