Our client is looking for a passionate and skilled lamination and viennoiserie pastry chef to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a busy, family‑run bakery with both a production site and their own cafés, supplying cafés across London seven days a week.

The Person
- Have proven experience as a lamination/viennoiserie pastry chef
- Be able to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and consistency
- Be confident following recipes to the highest standard
- Be passionate about pastries and able to bring creative flair
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Be legally eligible to work in the UK
