Overview
We are seeking a results-driven graduate with a strong ambition for a career in Sales/Customer Success to join our Submissions team in London.
This role focuses on maximizing the number of research submissions received for our studies. The incumbent will engage with law firms regarding Chambers and the benefits of sending their submissions to our research process (which incurs no monetary cost but consumes significant time and effort for the firms).
Previous client‑facing experience is an advantage. The ideal candidate will work well under pressure, solve problems, and communicate confidently with clients, team members, and senior management.
The successful applicant will identify submission leads, generate research submissions, build relationships both internally and externally, and engage senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Maximise submissions from outbound enquiries
- Generate new submissions from firms that have not yet submitted to Chambers
- Achieve or exceed monthly individual targets for client interactions and number of submissions
- Develop contacts and senior‑level relationships with new and dormant clients
- Self‑sufficiently generate appointments and activities that lead to opportunities
- Accurately record all information in the company CRM (Salesforce)

- High level of accuracy and an eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills (listening, questioning, written, verbal)
