Business Sales Consultant – Hinckley

Annual base pay £25,000 with uncapped commission and a potential earnings of £65,000+ per year.

Working hours: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday‑Friday, with one Saturday per month 10 AM – 2 PM. The role is based in Hinckley.

Overview

We offer fully paid, industry‑specific training and a commission structure that includes a guaranteed £500/month in the first three months, uncapped commission, quarterly bonuses, and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own leads and make outbound calls to prospects.
• Build rapport and book appointments for the Business Development Managers.
• Assist in managing the Business Development Managers’ diaries.
• Close appointments you book to share in the reward.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in telephony sales.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and relationship building.
