Salary: £30,000 per year + commission

Full time – 40 hours

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, attentive service to each customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience that reflects the brand’s values.
• Develop loyalty by building relationships with customers.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across all categories.
• Assist with yearly stock audits.
• Closing and opening the boutique when required.
• Responsible for cash, card, and till transactions.
• Ensure visual merchandising is immaculate.

Requirements

• Previous experience in luxury retail, sales, or a similar customer‑facing role, preferably in children’s wear.
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
• Energetic, confident, and target‑driven attitude.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
