Position Overview

We are looking for a part‑time Sales Associate to work within the Josiah & Co home and giftware store, part of our award‑winning tourist destination, World of Wedgwood.

Reporting to the Retail Manager, you will welcome all customers and provide a premium level of customer service with the aim of maximising consumer spends for the Josiah & Co store.

This role is part‑time, working 5 hours over 1 day from 7:00 AM. You will need to be flexible and work on a rota basis.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all customers and provide a premium level of customer service.
• Maximise consumer spends for the Josiah & Co store.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a similar retail role, ideally with luxury brands.
• Strong selling skills to achieve sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well presented with a ‘can‑do’ attitude.
