As a brand ambassador, you will help customers discover pieces they love while sharing the story behind our products and purpose.
Purpose of the Role
The Sales Consultant is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales performance, and representing the premium brand in a professional and knowledgeable manner. The role involves building strong customer relationships, achieving individual and store sales targets, and maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective clienteling.
- Identify opportunities to maximise sales through cross-selling and upselling.
Brand Representation
- Act as an ambassador for the brand, demonstrating professionalism and product knowledge at all times.
- Maintain a high standard of personal presentation in line with company guidelines.
- Ensure the store environment reflects the premium image of the brand.
Product Knowledge
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, services, promotions, and brand values.
- Keep up to date with new collections, launches, and market trends.
Operations
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and stock takes.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and security requirements.
- Support visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
Teamwork
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store objectives.
- Support store events, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Contribute positively to a high-performance team culture.
Skills & Experience
- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably within a premium or luxury environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer focus and relationship-building ability.
- Results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.

Please note, salary will be pro-rated based on either a full-time or part-time position.
