• Welcome, advise and retain customers by delivering an exceptional and differentiated shopping experience
• Build long‑lasting relationships through attentive and expert customer service
• Support the implementation of visual merchandising and ensure the store’s attractiveness
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and improving KPI performance
