Job Title: Sales Assistant – Full Time – Shawlands
Salary £24,863 per annum with discretionary bonus up to £2,000 per year and a starting hourly rate of £12.75 (£13.44 after training).
Full time, 37.5 hours weekly, located in Shawlands, Glasgow (Region G41 3NH).
About the Role
As a Store Colleague at H&T, you’ll provide welcoming customer service, support sales and pawnbroking transactions, maintain compliance and store presentation, and collaborate with teammates to meet targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
- Assist customers with a range of services including pawnbroking, retail sales, and financial products.
