Position Details
- Salary: NJC Scale Grade C 2-3, between £24,413 and £24,796 FTE
- Actual Salary: Between £2,760.44 and £2,803.75
- Hours: 5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (term time only)
- Monday to Friday, between 8.00am to 9.00am
About The Role
We are seeking a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Early Years Wraparound Club Assistant to join our team in Corby. This role involves supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage during breakfast and/or after‑school wraparound provision, ensuring they feel safe, happy and supported at the beginning or end of the school day.
Responsibilities
- Help create a safe, friendly environment and communicate confidently with children.
- Administer basic first aid when needed.
- Uphold all safeguarding, health and safety requirements.
- Show flexibility, professionalism and teamwork, adapting duties to meet school needs.
- Full training will be provided.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated caring, reliable and enthusiastic attitude towards children.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
