Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
We are looking for a creative, ambitious and highly organised Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team and help deliver marketing campaigns across our roster of artists and releases.
The role will focus heavily on social media, helping to plan and execute campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook, while also supporting wider marketing activity including release planning, audience development, content creation, digital advertising and artist growth strategies.
As part of a small, fast-moving team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with artists and be involved in campaigns from initial planning through to release and beyond. We are looking for someone who understands music culture, keeps up with social media trends and has a genuine passion for helping artists grow their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with the planning and execution of artist marketing campaigns
- Managing and scheduling content across social media platforms
- Identifying trends, content opportunities and audience growth strategies
- Supporting release campaigns across streaming and digital platforms
- Working with artists and management teams to develop engaging content ideas
- Assisting with digital advertising campaigns and promotional activity
- Monitoring campaign performance and preparing reports where required
- Helping coordinate marketing assets, content delivery and campaign timelines
- Supporting the wider day-to-day marketing activities of the label
Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital culture
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Creative mindset with an eye for content and audience engagement
- Passion for music and the music industry
- Previous experience in marketing, social media or the music industry is desirable but not essential
