Pool Operative

Responsibilities

As a Pool Operative, you will supervise the use of the hydrotherapy pool by the people we support, ensure the environment is always clean, tidy, and safe. You will be responsible for groups of individuals during hydrotherapy sessions, act as a lifeguard when the pool is in use, maintain up‑to‑date qualifications as required, and protect the safety, confidentiality, and dignity of clients using the hydrotherapy pool.
