Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalized 5‑star experience to every guest, ensuring unmatched attention to detail from arrival to departure.
- Deliver a warm, personalized welcome and create memorable guest experiences.
- Manage check‑in and check‑out efficiently using Opera and PDQ systems.
- Promote hotel services and upsell to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Handle guest queries and feedback with professionalism and care.
- Maintain high grooming standards and represent the brand with elegance.
- Support loyalty programs and encourage guest engagement with Melia Rewards.
- Ensure data privacy, safety, and compliance with all hotel protocols.
- Be flexible and proactive, contributing to a seamless team operation.
Qualifications
- A confident, polished communicator with a passion for luxury service.
- Strong operational knowledge of Opera, PDQ terminals, and front desk processes.
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic, high‑end hospitality environment.
- Attention to detail, initiative, and a warm, welcoming attitude.
