The Role
As a Sales Executive, you’ll be speaking to warm b2c leads who have already shown interest in our courses.
You will:
- Contact leads generated via our website
- Handle inbound calls from prospective customers
- Convert enquiries into sales
- Build rapport and understand customer needs
- Promote our courses and benefits confidently
- Spot buying signals and close deals
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 12 months’ sales experience (contact centre preferred)
- Strong B2C sales and closing skills
- Confident communicator with excellent English (written & verbal)
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Driven, resilient, and target-focused mindset
Salary & Benefits
- £25,000 – £30,000 base salary (DOE)
- Uncapped commission – OTE £40K+ (top performers earning £60K+)
- Monday to Friday – no weekends
- Shift patterns between 8am – 8pm
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
