MacGregor Black are partnering with a leading beverage solutions business on the search for a Sales Manager. This is a permanent role covering Greater London, operating in a field-based and remote working capacity.
As Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across a portfolio of strategic B2B customers. Working within a fast-growing commercial team, you will be responsible for managing and expanding key customer relationships while identifying new opportunities to accelerate business performance.
This is a consultative, solution-selling role focused on delivering sustainable hydration solutions to customers across workplace, hospitality, vending and contract catering channels.
The successful candidate will thrive in a KPI-driven environment, possess strong commercial acumen and be comfortable operating within a high-growth business that offers significant opportunity for career development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow strategic customer relationships across key accounts and channel partners.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within workplace, hospitality, foodservice and catering sectors.
- Deliver against monthly sales, revenue and growth targets.
- Drive account expansion through solution-based selling and value creation.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across procurement, operations and commercial functions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and account development.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting.
- Gather customer insights and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting innovative and sustainable beverage solutions.
What Are We Looking For?
- Proven success within B2B sales, account management or business development.
- Experience selling into foodservice, hospitality, workplace, vending or contract catering environments.
- Strong track record of delivering commercial growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing and developing strategic customer relationships.
- Demonstrable solution-selling capability and a consultative sales approach.
- Existing relationships within key foodservice and catering networks would be highly advantageous.
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic and ambitious, with a desire to grow your career within a scaling business.
- Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
