ing:• Employers’, Public and Products Liability cl
aims• Fast track, intermediate and multi-track personal injury c
ases• Advising insurer clients on liability and coverage is
sues• Supporting investigations into health & safety matters, inquests and regulatory is
sues• Assisting with product liability cl
aims• Developing and maintaining strong client relations
hips• Contributing to a collaborative and high-performing

Candidate Requir
ementsThis role is suited to a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
with:• NQ–2 years’ PQE with experience in personal injury or insurance liti
gation• A solid understanding of litigation procedure and case mana
gement• Exposure to liability claims (EL/PL/Products) des
irable• Strong drafting, organisational and analytical
skills• Excellent attention to
detail• Ability to manage client relationships effec
tively• A proactive, commercially aware ap
proach
