The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be working in the Business Support Temporary Division with our billing clients and candidates to connect people with the perfect opportunity. There is opportunity to make commission from day one!
You will:
· Take ownership of business development activity for your desk, approaching clients for the first time or by working with existing clients to expand our scope of service.
· Provide a high-touch, consultative service through face-to-face visits and regular engagement.
· Source, attract, and place exceptional candidates into temporary roles.
· Working with C Suite stakeholders to understand their challenges and provide effective recruitment solutions.
· Consistently meet and exceed agreed targets and KPIs.
About You
We’re looking for a people person who can demonstrate:
· Experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an agency environment with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
· The ability to communicate with key stakeholders at all levels.
· A relationship driven approach combined with a consultative sales mindset.
