Reporting directly to the UK & Ireland sales team and working closely with marketing and business development, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating new business opportunities through cold calling and outbound email activities
  • Identifying and qualifying prospects in the hospitality sector (hotels, operators, developers, and owners)
  • Organizing qualified meetings for the Business Development team
  • Managing and maintaining the company CRM, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and updates
  • Creating and segmenting target databases (hotel groups, operators, consultants, owners)
  • Monitoring sales activities and pipeline progress
  • Conducting market research and mapping key stakeholders in the UK & Ireland hospitality sector
  • Identifying decision makers (owners, operators, asset managers, project teams)
  • Supporting outbound campaigns and marketing activities (email marketing, LinkedIn outreach)
  • Coordinating follow-ups from events, webinars, and inbound leads
  • Reporting sales activities and monitoring performance KPIs

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, SDR, or Lead Generation roles
  • Strong attitude toward cold calling and outbound outreach
  • Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, especially in data management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Nice to Have

  • Experience in hospitality, proptech, or B2B technology sectors
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach platforms
  • Understanding of sales funnel and pipeline management processes
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns and digital activities
  • Analytical mindset and KPI-driven approach

Working hours: Full-time (with flexible working hours)

Salary Range: 40 – 50k £
