London | £120,000 – £140,000 + On-Target Bonus

THE OPPORTUNITY
Our client is looking for a true hunter. This is a new business role at its core — you’ll be prospecting, opening doors, and closing high-value deals across the Microsoft ecosystem, with the full weight of a specialist data and AI consultancy behind you.
You’ll operate at the intersection of Microsoft’s most strategic platform plays — Fabric, Azure, Copilot — and the enterprise organisations that need a trusted partner to make those investments count. If you know how to generate pipeline where none exists and can navigate from cold outreach to boardroom conversation, this role was built for you.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- New business development across the Microsoft ecosystem — you’re the tip of the spear
- Build and grow a pipeline of strategic enterprise accounts from the ground up
- Drive revenue generation through consultative, outcome-led selling
- Position Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and AI platforms as genuine business transformation tools
- Engage CIO, CDO, and Head of Data stakeholders with credibility and commercial sharpness
- Execute co-sell motions with Microsoft and the broader partner ecosystem
- Develop account strategies that turn first deals into long-term relationships
WHO YOU ARE
Essential:
- A proven hunter — you have a track record of opening and closing new enterprise business, not just growing existing accounts
- 8+ years in enterprise sales with demonstrated success in the Microsoft ecosystem
- Strong command of consultative selling — you lead with business outcomes, not product features
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals at CIO/CDO level
- Comfortable with data, analytics, and cloud platform concepts
Bonus points:
- Direct experience co-selling with or through Microsoft
- Background in a consulting or systems integration environment
- Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, or Microsoft Fabric specifically
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Total annual package: £120,000 – £140,000
- On-target bonus on top of base
