The Role
- Connecting with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and generating high-quality opportunities
- Collaborating closely with marketing to support campaigns and refine messaging
- Representing the business at events, exhibitions, and client meetings
- Researching and building targeted prospect databases aligned with ideal customer profiles
- Developing a strong understanding of the company’s solutions and the challenges they solve
- Maintaining accurate records of outreach, activity, and pipeline progress within the CRM
