Role Description
Full time – Immediate Start – will consider part time for the right candidate
At Latham & Co, we have an opening for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to work in our established Private Client Department based at our Loughborough Office.
We are a very long established High Street practice with offices in Melton Mowbray and Loughborough. We have an extensive and varied client base, which has been nurtured over many years, and we provide legal services to clients throughout Leicestershire and beyond.
You should be at least 3 years’ PQE, and have expert knowledge advising in the following areas:
Wills
Estate & inheritance planning
LPAs
Probate
Complex Estates & administration
Trusts
You would be responsible for your own caseload (under the supervision of a Partner).
You should be:
Experienced in handling a Private Client caseload
A good communicator understanding and empathising with the clients’ requirements
Able to contribute towards the firm’s values as to the provision of an efficient, effective service whilst
being approachable ;
Proficient in using legal software tools and case management systems, and
STEP qualified or interested in undertaking the STEP qualification
