Company Description
As Leo Burnett himself once said: “At the end of the day, we’re just people talking to people.”
And that sums up how we think. We never forget that on the other side of every screen, watching every ad or reading every tweet are people. Not just pairs of eyes with credit cards. But human beings, who want to be entertained, engaged and listened to.
We are hiring a Senior Account Manager to join our Leo Burnett London team, working at the heart of Sport & Entertainment. This is a brilliant opportunity to shape meaningful brand partnerships and deliver a nationally recognised grassroots football programme for one of their largest client.

- Lead the delivery of a UK-wide grassroots football programme, ensuring consistent quality and impact
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, governing bodies and delivery partners
- Coordinate programme partners and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery across multiple touchpoints
- Contribute to creative briefs and support the development of marketing materials
- Prepare and lead client meetings, presentations and events with clarity and confidence
- Manage timelines, budgets and project plans, ensuring delivery to a high standard
- Identify opportunities to enhance programme performance and maximise value
Skills we’re looking for:
- Experience managing integrated projects or campaigns, ideally within sport, events or partnerships
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects at once
- Confident communicator who can build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership and drive work forward
- Good commercial awareness, including budget management and programme performance
- Collaborative team player who supports and motivates others
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
