Production Support Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Production Support Engineer to provide end-to-end support for POS applications in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incidents, problems, and change requests within SLA targets
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across Swift-based POS applications and Java microservices
• Perform log analysis, service dependency tracing, and root cause investigation
• Support production releases, upgrades, and critical business events
• Coordinate with engineering and support teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Prepare operational reports and ensure smooth shift handovers

Required Skills:

• Strong Production/Application Support experience
• Swift (iOS) and Java microservices troubleshooting
• Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Log analysis and distributed systems debugging
• Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
