This is one of those rare agency success stories that genuinely lives up to the hype.
A certified B Corp, the agency has grown to more than 150 people across five global offices in just six years. They are recognised leaders in creator-led marketing, partnering with some of the world’s most exciting brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle and technology.
The culture is ambitious, commercially driven and highly collaborative. Employee retention is strong, leadership remains founder-led and even with impressive global growth they have retained the agility and visibility of a boutique business. It’s an environment where talented people are trusted early and given genuine responsibility.
This is a newly created role reporting into the Head of Growth, created in response to a significant increase in inbound opportunities and a strong new business pipeline for the remainder of 2026 and beyond.
Unlike many agency business development roles, this position is not heavily focused on cold outreach. Instead, you’ll play a critical role in qualifying opportunities, assessing commercial viability and helping shape high-value agency partnerships from the earliest stages.
You’ll act as a key gatekeeper and advisor throughout the new business process, combining strong commercial judgement with exceptional organisational skills.
Your role –
- Qualifying inbound opportunities and assessing brand-agency fit
- Leading proposal development, follow-up activity and pipeline progression
- Managing stakeholder mapping across prospective client organisations
- Supporting commercial scoping and growth planning conversations
- Optimising HubSpot workflows, reporting, pipeline management and new business processes
- Identifying ways to improve efficiency, visibility and conversion rates across the growth function
- Monitoring industry news, acquisitions, product launches and cultural trends to identify emerging opportunities
- Attending industry events, panels and networking opportunities to stay connected to market developments and brand activity
What you’ll need –
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an agency business development, growth or commercial role
- Strong HubSpot expertise (a MUST), including reporting and process optimisation
- Experience navigating procurement-led buying processes
- Highly organised, process-driven and detail-oriented approach
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Interest in brands, culture, marketing and emerging category trends
- International mindset with awareness of global brands, markets and growth opportunities
The agency operates with a strong focus on the US market, so candidates with international exposure or experience working with global brands will be particularly attractive.
Based in fabulous offices in Shoreditch, they operate a hybrid policy and offer a range of competitive benefits.
