Senior Trade Mark Attorney (3+ PQE)

Location: UK (Leeds, Manchester, London, Birmingham) | Hybrid Working

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Trade Mark Attorney to join our growing team to support two of our Partners based out of our London office. As a business we have embraced hybrid working and could have someone based from one of our other Trade Mark hubs.

You’ll take ownership of complex, high-value matters, build strong client relationships, and play a role in developing others while continuing to grow your own career in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Advising on trade mark strategy, clearance, filing and prosecution across UK, EU and international jurisdictions
  • Managing global portfolios and providing commercially focused brand protection advice
  • Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
  • Supporting business development and contributing to team growth
  • Mentoring and developing junior attorneys

About You

We’re seeking a UK qualified Trade Mark Attorney with at least 3 years of post-qualified experience. This role will fit someone with experience managing complex portfolios and building strong client relationships who is able to bring a commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in developing clients. You are also passionate about developing others and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
