Appian Solution Architect

We are looking for an experienced Appian Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Appian solutions for digital transformation projects.

Location: London – 2 days from the office

Inside – IR35

Candidate must be able to start within 2 weeks

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable Appian-based solutions
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and process models
• Develop Appian applications, integrations, and workflows
• Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams
• Ensure best practices for performance, security, and code quality
• Collaborate with business, project, and QA teams throughout delivery

Requirements

• 5+ years of Appian development experience, including 2+ years in a Lead or Architect role
• Strong knowledge of Appian BPM, SAIL, process modeling, and Appian best practices
• Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, RDBMS)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Appian Certified Lead Designer or Architect certification is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
