.Key Responsibiliti
- esManage the Director’s diary, meetings, travel arrangements, and appointment
- s.Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholder
- s.Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minute
- s.Coordinate and prioritise incoming emails, calls, and request
- s.Maintain organised filing systems and company record
- s.Support project administration, including document control and schedulin
