London Area

• £60,000 – £70,000 Basic Salary

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive service visits on BMS installation
• Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, communication, and controls-related faults
• Perform system modifications, upgrades, and optimisation work
• Analyse trends and system performance to improve energy efficiency and operational reliability
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company and client procedures

Desired Experience

• Proven experience working within the Building Management Systems (BMS) industry
• Strong knowledge of one or more major BMS platforms
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities
• Good understanding of HVAC controls, plant operation, and building services
• Experience working in critical environments such as data centres, hospitals, or large commercial facilities would be advantage
• Full UK driving license
