Recruitment Coordinator

Location: London, United Kingdom

Contract: 13 July 2026 – 15 January 2027

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support a busy recruitment function by delivering recruitment and HR administration support throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule telephone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment agencies.
  • Manage candidate communications and provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Post and manage job advertisements across job boards and recruitment platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, recruitment agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor contractor and temporary worker renewals and extensions, ensuring assignment records remain up to date.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and update recruitment systems and trackers.
  • Prepare induction packs and support onboarding and induction activities for new starters.
  • Provide general recruitment and HR administrative support as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in Recruitment Coordination, Recruitment Administration, HR Administration, or Talent Acquisition Support.
  • Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience using ATS or HR systems is advantageous.
