Job Description By maintaining a high standard of organisation and communication, the role plays a key part in ensuring all subcontractor PPM activities meet contractual obligations and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the service, supported through effective planning using CAFM systems and scheduling tools. Key Responsibilities Manage subcontractor PPM schedules, including communication with contractors, sites and operational teams Plan and schedule PPM attendance dates to ensure tasks are completed within required timeframes Assign, raise and close PPM and corrective maintenance work orders in Tririga in line with monthly deadlines Liaise daily with engineering teams to maintain accurate and up-to-date PPM planners, including planned and unplanned absences Log, track and monitor remedial works and actively manage the incoming task queue Coordinate subcontractor activity, including booking site visits, raising purchase orders in Coupa and managing quotation requests Obtain, review and upload compliance and completion documentation into Tririga Prepare, download and distribute weekly and monthly PPM and management reports as required Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre or administrative role Call handling experience Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally at all levels and with external parties Proven ability to work effectively within a team to achieve organisational goals Highly organised with strong planning and scheduling skills Ability to prioritise workload, manage competing demands and analyse statistical data Able to work on own initiative while adhering to customer and business KPIs and SLAs The Company ISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
