Director of Client Services

We are recruiting on behalf of a very creative agency for a new Client Services Director role.

THE CANDIDATE

MUST have like for like experience within Med Comms

THE ROLE

• You would work closely with the Directors and play a key role in driving agency strategy and development as well as working with external clients.
• Branding/advertising work with some Med Comms also.
• Previous work includes oncology launches and hepatitis/liver health campaigns
• Delivering full branded campaigns as well as disease awareness and patient support programmes (videos, animations, online education material, HCP education content, apps, social content, etc.)
• You will work with the client to create a full overall strategic plan and offer guidance to the client on what additional content/ campaigns they should be rolling out.
