As a UKI Security Sales Specialist,you will join a senior team of technical sales professionals inquota-carrying roles. You will drive consultative sales cycles fromdiscovery through close, articulating both technical capabilitiesand business ROI to stakeholders at all levels. If you excel indriving to the business value customers can realize from a strongsecurity posture while consistently exceeding sales targets, thismay be a great fit.

Key jobresponsibilitiesSales & RevenueGeneration:Own and exceed quarterly and annual salesquotas for Security solutionsBuild and manage a robustsales pipeline of qualified opportunities across assigned accountsor territoryLead complex sales cycles with CxO-levelstakeholders from discovery through contract negotiation andclose– Develop account plans and territory strategies tomaximize revenue growth and market penetration– Forecastaccurately and manage opportunities through CRMsystemsNegotiate pricing, terms, and contracts withprocurement and executive stakeholdersIdentify andqualify high-value Security use cases that align with customerbusiness imperativesTechnical Sales & SolutionPositioning:Serve as the technical authority on Securitycapabilities during sales engagementsArchitectend-to-end solutions for customer use casesTranslatetechnical capabilities into measurable business outcomes and ROIfor C-level executivesLead technical discovery sessionsto uncover customer pain points and position appropriatesolutionsDeliver compelling technical demonstrations andproofs of concept that accelerate deal closureCustomerEngagement & Relationship Building:Build andmaintain trusted relationships with technical decision makers,business leaders, and C-suite executivesConducttechnical workshops and enablement sessions that generate pipelineand advance opportunitiesCollaborate with SolutionsArchitects and engineering teams to design winningproposalsAnalyze existing customer implementations toidentify expansion and upsell opportunitiesEngage withAWS product teams to provide customer feedback and influenceroadmaps

BASICQUALIFICATIONS

– 5+ years of relevant sales, GTM, orConsulting experience– 5+ years of security technologyexperience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

–Exceptional interpersonal and communication (both written andverbal) skills with both technical and non-technicalaudiences.– Established track record of building rapportwith customer executives (e.g. CISO, CEO, COO, CIO, CTO, CMO),building close relationships, and closing large revenue accounts,ideally across multiple industries.– Experience andsuccess in negotiating complex deals with customers and partners.You’ve not only carried quotas, you’ve consistently exceeded themby doing the right thing for your customer.– Experiencein a matrixed sales environment, including developing,implementing, managing, and executing cross-functionalsolutions-led go-to-market growth initiatives and salesmotion.– Deep understanding of cloud technologies,including public and hybrid cloudplatforms.
