We are looking for a Client Liaison Administrator to join our team at Chartway
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated administrator to support our Client Liaison Manager. Working closely with internal departments, site teams and subcontractors, you will help ensure a seamless handover process for our partners, maintaining accurate documentation and delivering excellent administrative support throughout the project lifecycle
Key responsibilities include:
• Arranging, coordinating and minuting meetings with internal teams and external partners
• Preparing, compiling and managing handover packs and associated documentation
• Assisting with the preparation and completion of Health & Safety files
• Liaising with site teams to gather and coordinate project information
• Communicating with subcontractors to obtain required documentation and information
• Maintaining accurate records and project files throughout the handover process
• Providing administrative support to the Client Liaison Manager and wider team
• Supporting the smooth delivery of construction handovers and partner communications
We are looking for someone who:
• Has previous administration experience, ideally within construction, housing or a similar environment
• Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Can manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Is confident working with a range of stakeholders, including site teams, subcontractors and partners
Office Locations: Crawley with the occasional travel
Requirements: Full UK driving licence
