PROGRAMMATIC MANAGER

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in office)

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Programmatic Manager to join our team and lead media planning and buying activity across a portfolio of high-profile luxury clients.

THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity for a media professional looking to take ownership of campaign strategy, planning and performance across premium luxury accounts.

Whilst Programmatic will form a key part of the role, you will also support wider media planning activities across TV, Radio, Out-of-Home, Digital Audio and other brand-building channels.

Working closely with clients, strategists, creative teams and media partners, you will help deliver impactful campaigns that connect luxury brands with affluent audiences in meaningful ways.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Media Strategy & Planning

• Develop integrated media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand positioning.

• Build audience-first media plans targeting affluent and high-net-worth consumers.

• Recommend channel mix, budget allocation and investment strategies.

• Identify opportunities across digital and offline media channels.

• Evaluate new media opportunities and emerging technologies.

Programmatic Campaign Management

• Manage end-to-end programmatic campaign setup, optimisation and reporting.

• Oversee activity across platforms including DV360 and The Trade Desk.

• Monitor delivery, pacing and performance against campaign objectives.

• Implement audience, contextual, geographic and behavioural targeting strategies.

• Ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and within budget.

Offline & Brand Media

• Support planning and coordination of campaigns across:

  • TV
  • Connected TV (CTV)
  • Radio & Digital Audio
  • Out-of-Home (OOH)
  • Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH)
  • Print & Luxury Publications
  • Sponsorships & Partnerships

• Work alongside media owners and suppliers to deliver integrated campaigns.

• Assist with media negotiations and campaign implementation.

• Ensure all activity aligns with luxury brand standards and target audience expectations.

Client Management

• Act as a day-to-day contact for luxury client accounts.

• Present media plans, campaign results and strategic recommendations.

• Build strong relationships with clients, publishers and media partners.

• Ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest standard.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

• Produce campaign reports and performance summaries.

• Analyse media effectiveness across both digital and offline channels.

• Deliver actionable insights and optimisation recommendations.

• Support attribution, measurement and audience analysis initiatives.

Agency Collaboration

• Work closely with Paid Social, Search, Creative and Analytics teams.

• Support new business pitches and strategic recommendations.

• Share media knowledge and best practice across the agency.

• Stay informed on media trends, technologies and luxury consumer behaviour.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Essential

• Minimum 3 years’ experience within Programmatic, Media Planning or Media Buying.

• Experience working within an agency environment.

• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and digital media.

• Experience using:

  • DV360
  • The Trade Desk
  • Campaign Manager 360
  • Google Analytics 4

• Experience managing multiple client accounts.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong analytical and commercial mindset.

• Ability to manage projects and deadlines effectively.

Desirable

• Experience working with luxury, premium, fashion, beauty, travel or lifestyle brands.

• Experience planning or buying:

  • TV
  • Radio
  • OOH / DOOH
  • Print
  • Digital Audio

• Knowledge of premium publisher partnerships and private marketplaces (PMPs).

• Experience using audience and measurement platforms.

• Understanding of luxury consumer behaviour and high-net-worth audiences.
