Job Purpose
To drive organizational growth and profitability by creating, communicating, and capturing value through strategic sales processes and customer relationship management.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Use CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage customer relationships.
- Utilize sales prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Use MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports and presentations.
- Manage pipeline and forecast sales.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Communicate and present to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
- Demonstrate resilience and persistence in challenging sales environments.
- Practice active listening and respond to client needs.
- Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
