Commercial Lead, PFI & NHS Estate Contracts

MCS Executive Search is looking for a candidate for a PFI commercial management position based in Greater London. This role involves reporting to the Project Director and managing legal and commercial risks on large NHS PFI contracts. The candidate should have experience in PFI, ideally from various sectors beyond healthcare, and must effectively communicate risks to stakeholders.

The position offers a hybrid working model with three days on site and two days remote. This role presents a unique opportunity to work with an established SPV organization managing a diverse portfolio of over a billion pounds in PFI assets.
