Director of Fostering, Adoption & Permanence

Suffolk County Council is seeking a skilled Head of Fostering and Adoption to lead and deliver high-quality fostering and adoption services. You will provide strategic direction while ensuring that children experience stable, nurturing care.

This role requires a comprehensive understanding of permanence and sufficiency in children’s services, as well as a proven ability to manage and support teams in achieving positive outcomes.
