Engineering Analysis Software Lead

Rolls-Royce SMR is looking for a Lead Specialist in Software Development for Engineering Analysis to provide technical leadership and to develop software solutions that enhance engineering analysis. This hybrid position allows for flexible working, primarily based in Derby, Manchester, or Warrington.

As the technical authority, you will ensure the quality of software development while leading a dedicated team of engineers. A strong background in Python development and coaching skills are critical for driving complex projects and building organizational capability.
