What you’ll be doing
At Lloyds Banking Group, we’re on an exciting journey to shape finance for good. The Embedded Finance (EF) team delivers responsible and targeted solutions that customers love.
Key responsibilities
Some of the activities you’ll be involved in:
- Be an inspirational leader who sets the strategy for, and delivers on, bold go‑to‑market plans for Embedded Finance.
- Create commercial models that allow LBG to partner with top‑tier merchants and institutions on their Embedded Finance potential.
- Unlock new value pools by identifying clear target sectors for strategic relationships.
- Develop long‑term relationships with credible clients to drive consistent and on‑target growth.
- Drive the transformation of infrastructure and operating models supporting commercial product management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee channel management to deliver superior sales performance, as well as new CRM and account treatments.
- Work with the Embedded Finance MD to deliver strategic, analytical, and insight capabilities across Embedded Finance for risk, customer, and commercial objectives, including partnering on data‑driven initiatives to enhance decision making, improve customer experiences, and drive business innovation.
