Director, Statistical Innovation & Methodology

Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking a Director of Statistical Methodology and Innovation in Uxbridge. This role drives statistical innovation and methodological solutions within Drug Development. You will engage with stakeholders, mentor junior team members, and lead projects in statistical methods while enabling a culture of inclusivity.

The successful candidate must hold a Ph.D. and have over 9 years of experience in Pharmaceutical RD, with expertise in Bayesian Methods and Adaptive Design. A hybrid work model is available, allowing flexibility and work-life balance.
