UK Head of Sales: Scale Growth & Build Midlands Hub

Winsearch is seeking an experienced Head of Sales/Sales Director to spearhead UK-wide growth and to build a high-performing sales team based in the Midlands. This is a hands-on leadership position aimed at driving growth and establishing a regional hub.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scaffolding or construction, with a proven ability to win business and lead effective teams. Opportunities for international growth, including Europe and the US, are also part of this role.
