Venn Group is assisting a leading City law firm in London with an opening for an experienced non-contentious Construction Lawyer to join their real estate and construction practice on an initial 3-month contract, starting July 2026. This role will focus on advising on high-value, complex projects, particularly tenant-side representation for HQ relocations along with drafting and negotiating construction documentation.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing significant risks, providing solutions, and ensuring smooth project delivery. Ideal for a qualified lawyer with 6-8+ years of PQE.
