Pet Store Manager — Lead Team & Customer Experience

Jollyes Pets, located in Bedford, is seeking a dedicated Retail Store Manager to oversee store operations. This role includes managing KPIs, delivering exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive team environment.

The position offers an attractive salary of £30,000 – £34,000 per annum, plus a bonus potential of up to £5,000 annually. The ideal candidate will have previous retail management experience, a passion for pet care, and strong leadership skills.
