Store Manager

Dual Site Store Manager – Beaconsfield / Amersham

Full Time – 37.5 hours per week

Purpose of the role

You will take full accountability in driving consistent improvement to the store’s sales, KPIs and all other areas of measured success. You will recruit, retain, motivate and develop the team to drive store success, whilst maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards and creating a shopping experience that delights customers every time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver LFL growth of both sales and KPI performance in the store
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards throughout the store, ensuring effective use of space and stock availability
• Comply with reasonable instructions from senior members of the retail team
• Develop, review and appraise your team based on key performance indicators and performance manage poor performers
• Ensure integrity of the brand is maintained through correct behaviours and uniform standards of the team
• Control payroll and other store expenditures ensuring they remain within budget
• Train and induct your team to deliver excellent customer service
