The Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service are recruiting a Head of Performance and Data Analytics, a key leadership role where you will need to confidently operate with senior stakeholders while leading an organisation‑wide performance and data function. In this role, you’ll bring together performance management and data analytics to provide clear, trusted insight that informs decision‑making at all levels, working closely with the Executive Team, Chief Data Office and Information Governance, Security and Assurance Unit (IGSAU).
This opportunity will suit you if you have strong experience of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, translating complex data into meaningful insight, and managing performance frameworks within a complex organisation. You’ll need to be comfortable working across organisational boundaries, leading teams and driving tangible improvement through data. If your experience doesn’t include working with data and insight, or you haven’t operated at this level of organisational impact, this role is unlikely to be the right fit.
