Due to continued growth, our Global Investment Bank client is looking to add talent into their expanding legal function for a unique in‑house legal role. The role provides support and advice to a number of business areas in line with legislation.
Key duties
- Provide a first‑class service to business partners with high‑quality legal advice.
- Liaise and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Review and draft agreements.
- Carry out analysis and research for business areas.
This role is busy and varied and would suit an ambitious legal graduate or paralegal looking to carve a career within a global banking organisation. A really excellent opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team, where hard work is recognised.
